President Robert Mugabe’s daughter, Bona’s riches came under the spotlight on Monday morning as her baby was announced to the world.
Zimbabweans took to social networks to express their disgust utilising gripping visuals that display the heart wrenching reality of the rich people’s stranglehold over the poor.
Pictures comparing Bona’s child with children born of less privileged parents were splattered on social networks on Monday, as it further emerged local hospitals will from July 2016 start deliberately blocking the health-care of all medical aid policy holders following Bona’s father, Robert Mugabe’s new tax regime on clinics and hospitals.
The Mugabe family chose Singapore as the country of birth for the President’s grandson in what has now irked many Zimbabweans whose low incomes have to pay for un-affordable health costs. The infant mortality rate of Singapore is by far better than Zimbabwe’s.

  8. The baby is supposed to be a Chikore; but the way they are carrying on, you would be forgiven to think that he is a Mugabe. It seems this Chikore guy is the one who was married into the Mugabe family as opposed to Bona being the one married into the Chikore family. That guy has no money and his profession or qualifications are not clear – so where is the money coming from? Obviously from the foolish Zim tax payers!
