Harare preacher Uebert (Madzanire) Angel has been struck by brain cancer, this reporter is reliably told.
Prophet Angel as he is popularly known is currently battling a cancerous brain tumour, senior church sources confirmed Wednesday.
“Major Prophet has been fighting this attack from the devil over the last few months but its now over, he has won, he always wins over the devil” one of the sources said.
This reporter was able to confirm that Angel is currently domiciled in the United Kingdom privately receiving treatment.
“Yes it is true that prophet moved to the UK but it was just for a prayer retreat and perhaps treatment purposes which has always been normal. But it was so that he could spend time with his children,” a family source said Thursday morning.
Angel has a spacious farmhouse on the outskirts of Nottingham where he relocated more than seven months ago shortly after he attended President Robert Mugabe’s birthday celebration in Marondera.
It was not possible to physically locate which hospital and the medial professionals treating the preacher, but it was believed they are based in the West Midlands area of the United Kingdom.

What Prophet Angel does is priceless and it is good to share the good things he is doing for God’s glory and I pray that God continues to use him and other God driven men like him across the globe.

Yes he is entitled to spend time with his family but he has been away from his wife for some months now and if he was receiving brain cancer treatment one would have thought that his beloved ‘Bebe’ would have been by his side through such a difficulty but no she has to remain in Zimbabwe to collect the offerings.
