BREAKING NEWS- Tomana Charged for Obstruction of Justice

President Robert Mugabe’s once highly trusted chief prosecutor, Johannes Tomana was today charged with obstructing the course of justice.
Tomana was arrested yesterday after allegedly dropping charges on two suspected CIO agents accused of plotting to bomb the president’s dairy business in Mazowe.
Tomana who arrived in a police van to Court 6 at Rotten Row, denies the charges.
The two men whose case had been withdrawn, also arrived at the back of a Chikurubi Max Prison van.

The case came about when Tomana dropped charges on the two, all part of a group of four, accused of plotting to bomb President Robert Mugabe’s milk production plant last month.
Court 6 was at 3pm full of people keen to listen to Tomana’s case.

Harare Provincial Magistrate Vakai Daglous Chikwekwe later released Tomana on bail of $1000,00.
On top of the bail, Tomana was ordered to report three times a week at Harare Central Police station.

  2. If this is illegal and unconstitutional like the Zimbabwe Lawyers for Human Rights said, then the question is who could do an illegal arrest on the prosecutor general? not many people . Just Mugabe looks like or Grace. Looks like Dr Fugu doing the illegal. What kind of country do we live in. Mugabe needs to resign because he embarasses the nation by failing to reign in his intellectual midget wife.
