LIVE REPORT: ZRP cops have been erecting roadblocks inside shopping malls, police boss Gen. Augustine Chihuri has revealed.
This emerged during the ZimEye LIVE-REPORT program in which newsreaders tuned in to engage Chihuri directly. Although he did not turn up himself for the live call, he availed his latest secret Communique sent to cops countrywide and it shows the official admission in full print, that police-men and women have been erecting roadblocks inside shopping malls.
In the emergency document, Chihuri stated that the cops have been among a host of other unlawful things, putting roadblocks inside shopping malls. This must stop and those found disobeying will be liable for swift disciplinary action, Gen Chihuri stated.
The document also went on following ZimEye’s latest special police investigations that have humiliated the force, to state that the cops must from Saturday the 23rd (yesterday), start ensuring that they have left every person they engage both dignified and “satisfied” as to the service they have received from the police.
