Jonathan Moyo: I Never Said the Best Way to Destroy ZANU PF Is From Within

INFORMATION, Media and Broadcasting Services Minister Professor Jonathan Moyo has communicated a bold denial that he once vocalised that the best way to destroy Zanu-PF was from within.
Moyo told journalists yesterday that he actually stated the opposite, which is that the best way to reform ZANU PF is from within.
He hurled bitter insults at journalists saying his statement on reforming the revolutionary party had been taken out of context by “uneducated media minds”.
Moyo, who is also Zanu-PF Secretary for Science and Technology, said this while officiating at the Zimbabwe National Editors’ Forum annual general meeting held in Harare, as he challenged the journalists present to go into the archives to see if he ever uttered such a statement.
“It will be absolutely nonsensical for a person like me to say the best way of destroying Zanu-PF is from within,” he said.

  1. Just playing with words…to say or not to say the young turks and mafikizolos are weakening and burrowing into the mighty party..No price for guessing who the mafikizolos are..

  2. Dont worry. Whatever happens to Zanupf people will credit Jonathan Moyo for it be it negative or positive. Mugabe praises him for rigging the elections in Zanupf’s favour. It is equally pleasing to see them mauling each other like dogs as Zanupf tears itself apart abandoning its slogan “pamberi nokubatana”.
    I tell you its a great joy to see how Jabulani Sibanda was quickly chopped off the tail that he had given himself. Patronage politics were clearly exposed. Every single Zanupf politician is a property of Mugabe! Even the pseudo doctors of philosophy in whatever, lawyers or “intellectuals” in that party are a big joke. All values are twisted and politics or development have been redefined to a point where unemployment is defined as employment. Theft and outright looting are called hard working.
