The four war vets leaders who have been in police custody are now free to go home.
Francis Nhando, Victor Matemadanda, Hoyini Samuel Bhila and Headman Moyo are alleged to have undermined the authority of President Robert Mugabe or insulted him.
The four senior leaders of the Zimbabwe National Liberation War Veterans’ Association (ZNLWVA) were arrested and charged with contravening Section 33 (2) of the Criminal Law (Codification and Reform Act) [Chapter 9:23]. The state claims they undermined the authority of President Robert Mugabe or insulted him.
They were represented by Zimbabwe Lawyers for Human Rights chairperson Beatrice Mtetwa and David Drury, who also gave notice of constitutional issues they would want addressed at the next remand hearing on the 5th of September 2016.
Magistrate Vakayi Chikwekwe granted them bail on the condition that they each deposit $300 with the Clerk of Court and report to various CID Law and Order sections twice a week.
The four leaders who are now free, albeit under harsh reporting conditions, were met by their happy and excited families at the magistrates court.

We are talking about Mzilikazi and son Lobengula history which you want to distort and give them a stake in Mambos land yet they were just refugees.   6. Spot on. The tribal friction and hatred between uMthwakazi and the Shona is spawned by the Shona people’s interpretation of history that has been defined for them by Mugabe since their days in Mozambique.
    This is why I say all Shonas are basically Mugabeists at heart. They just pretend to seek unity only when it suits them like now, that Mugabe is abducting and killing them. Otherwise they all largely share his views. You can see from the many numerous references to Zululand by these Shonas whenever these issues come up.
    I mean, how does invading, stealing and keeping land much longer than the person who next invades and then forcifully grabs it from you, make you the legitimate owner? Expiration of time does not change the fact that what you stole and now call yours remains stolen property.

  9. I am truly sorry for the posts that I have been penning about Mthwakazi, Gukurahundi and the general acid comments on Shona people. I found out the hard way that Magariro of Wedza is my real father following a tip posted on this page. My mother confessed to me. I’m really very very sorry for insulting my own kith and kin Please find it in your hearts to forgive me, I was made to believe the man whom I call father here in KoBulawayo was my father and fought for what he stands for. His hatred of Shonas spawned in me similar hatred but little did I know it was because of the fact that my mother slept with my real biological father , a Shona to conceive me.

We need to uproot Mzilikazi and lobhengula Graves grave and all his people and return them to Mangosututhu Buthelezi in KZN.
