Staff Reporter| 19 days are now left for President Robert Mugabe’s fall, the popular Kariba based pastor Phillip Mugadza says. As more churches join in the anti-Mugabe campaign, at a time that the Zim National Army is stretched into greater frustration through the non-payment of salaries, the Kariba based Remnant Church leader, famous for staging a touching demonstration against Mugabe in Victoria Falls last December, says he is concluding a historic 40 Day Spiritual Warfare Prayer Push for Mugabe’s fall on the 9th August.
He has in anticipation already released a song for it, Mugabe must fall -(click here to listen).

Mugadza says the massive over one month long anti-Mugabe prayer to be launched in Africa Unity Square in Harare starts Friday, 1 July, stretching all the way up to the 9th August 2016.
“It will be held under the code #Mugabemustfall, because Mugabe has failed the country and therefore he and his government must step down before the Heroes Day holidays”, Mugadza told ZimEye.com in Harare Thursday.
“We will be holding prayers from 1700hrs to 1800 hrs every day and we shall be having different pastors taking turns in preaching until the final day”.
“We have deliberately chosen to hold this national prayer up to the Heroes holidays, hoping and praying that the President is going to do the honourable, that is, announcing his stepping down on the Heroes day, if he is a true hero,” the clergyman told ZimEye.com
“We are calling on like-minded pastors and churches to join us from their areas to serve the people and this process should not be treated as a church but as a national thing.
“We have been misinterpreting the scriptures when we were praying for the leaders. We have been saying God help our leaders and now they have proved beyond reasonable doubt that they have failed and it is high time to pray them out,” he said.
Mugadza, who was in December last year in Victoria Falls, arrested for demonstrating against President Mugabe said he was not afraid of the police.

You know very well that this Mugabe thug is not a true hero. He will not be moved by this, unless the people speak the language dictator understands. Do you know that ZANU PF propaganda during the liberation struggle was that there is no God? I am not sure that they have changed. Sometimes pretending can become your real self. ZANU PF thugs believe in spirit mediums, the reason why they fall over each other when they hear that someone is performing miracles. We only need to engage in stay aways, demonstrations and boycotting ZANU PF thugs businesses. It is going to be painful. It will be naïve to think that ZANU PF will just surrender like that.

Dont pray for someone’s fall down. Pray for the misrule, corruption etc that is there and God will put everything in its rightful place. People will not join you with your stance. Let us pray for our country, for the leaders to listen to our pleas and change.
