Bolton, Manchester – The trial of Zimbabwean soldier Josephat Mutekedza who (as charged) allegedly attacked his girlfriend leaving her body in cold blood on the 28th July, saw the man plead “Not Guilty.”

He proffered his plea citing the “Loss of Control” argument.
His girlfriend, the 35-year-old nurse, Miriam Nyazema, was found with multiple stab wound injuries at her flat and died at hospital resulting in his arrest.
The two were embroiled in a love triangle.
In pleading Loss Of Control, Mutekedza is seeking to reduce the level of crime, legal analysts quoted by the UK based ZimboLive TV say.
The matter will now be settled by way of a murder trial on the 11th of January 2016.
