The first ever masturbation booth has been launched in New York City.
Guy Fi is a masturbation pop-up booth that was erected on 28th Street and 5th Avenue in NYC.
The booth was inspired by a survey which revealed that 39% of the questioned New York City men admitted to masturbating while at work.

Hot Octupuss, a company that specialises in sex toys, said that the reason for the booth was to “take this habit out of the office and into a more suitable environment designed to give the busy Manhattan man the privacy, and the high-speed Internet connection, he deserves,” The NY Daily News reports.
The company claims that over 100 men used the booth on its first day on January 12, 2016 and says it plans to have more pop-up booths around Manhattan, other major cities in the United States as well as London.
A representative from Hot Octupuss told Mashable that although they turned an old phone booth into a masturbation booth, they are not suggesting that people can go to any phone booth and start touching themselves.
“We may be insinuating that these booths could be used in whichever way anyone would like to ‘self soothe,but the brand is not actively encouraging people to masturbate in public as that is an illegal offense.”
