Fresh Evidence That Wicknell Will Be Arrested

By Staff Reporter(ZimEye) | Monday (today) is a busy day, as the State Procurement Board appears before parliament to answer for the illegal granting of tenders and payment of more than $5 million to convicted fraudster Wicknell Chivayo. The development comes as lawyers pulled out evidence that Chivayo fraud conviction on its own means he is liable for a jail sentence because he made himself a Company Director while knowing that he has been jailed for more than 6 months. Chivayo has a 5 year jail term on his head for which he served an effective 3 years while inside the Chikurubi Maximum prison.
