“Mugabe Backed” G40 Party Overshadows Mnangagwa In South Africa

By Own Correspondent| The so called “Mugabe backed” National Patriotic Front(NPF) party has sideswiped ZANU PF leader Emmerson Mnangagwa, becoming the first Zimbabwean party to feature in the South African television media at the late Winnie Mandela’s burial.

The NPF dispatched a three-member delegation to attend the burial of former South African First Lady and anti-apartheid struggle icon, Winnie Madikizela Mandela.

As ZimEye.com reveals, even Mnangagwa’s arch enemy Sarah Mahoka is there. (see picture below)

The party reveals that a delegation, comprising the party’s National Chairperson, Hon Eunice Sandi-Moyo, Women’s League Secretary, Hon Sarah Mahoka and the National Spokesperson, Jealousy Mawarire, was welcomed by top ANC Women’s League officials who facilitated the trio’s accreditation to attend the event.

Hon Sandi-Moyo described the passing on of Winnie as a saddening event which, however, reopens discussion on the principles of self-determination, building of a just and equitable society and there turn of natural resources to black indigenous South Africans, and indeed to all Africans whose heritage was looted by colonialists during the colonization of Africa.

“We remember Winnie as a sister in the struggle, and an incorrigible freedom fighter who defied all odds to fight for the end of apartheid while single handedly raising a family, after her husband, Nelson Mandela, was incarcerated.
