The ruling party Zanu PF has projected that 80 000 supporters will attend President Emmerson Mnangagwa’ s rally at Mucheke Stadium tomorrow.

Mnangagwa will commission a mine in Mashava and he will also visit the Cold Storage Commission premises in Masvingo before addressing the rally.

The party’ s Commissariat yesterday said the people of Masvingo were ready to welcome the veteran politician who ascended to power following the resignation of his former boss and mentor Robert Mugabe.

“We are ready for the big event and our supporters are eager to meet ED in his new capacity as the President of the Republic of Zimbabwe,” the party said yesterday.
