Correspondent|Fuel mogul Kuda Tagwirei, who is one of the 26 members of the Presidential Advisory Council (PAC), looks all happy and content at the State House meeting this morning.

Tagwirei, who was christianed “Queen Bee” by social media influencer Acie Lumumba because of the way all fuel money virtually ends up in his pocket, is the Chief Executive Officer and Director at Sakunda Holdings Group and a businessman with vast interests in the energy sector.

The PAC is having its inaugural meeting with President Mnangagwa at the State House this morning.

PAC members were appointed by His Excellency the President based on experience, expertise, leadership, contacts and standing in society.

They should be non-partisan and will serve at the pleasure of the President. They draw no salary or allowance from the Treasury.
