“The declaration by the usurper that #ZANU is bigger than gvt merely confirms State Capture and party state conflation .

It is this capture that has deliberately underdeveloped Africa where the State has been held hostage by bandits in suits. Africa needs Citizen-State conflation,” argued Biti.
