Newly appointed energy minister, Advocate Fortune Chasi has been urged to liberalized fuel imports as well as break the fuel cartels in order to address the shortages that have seen queues becoming the order of the day across the country.

Posting on Twitter, an economic analyst Brains Muchemwa said the only way out of the current situation is reverting to market prices and dump subsidies which are responsible for the ever growing queues.
