Farai Dziva|Former Finance Minister Tendai Biti has described the RTGS Dollar as valueless and useless.

Speaking during a Question and Answer segment in Parliament, Biti described Finance Minister Mthuli Ncube’s policies as fictitious.

“My question is very simple Honourable Minister, why are you reluctant to adopt the multi-currency and do away with the RTGS dollar?

You also indicated that you would turnaround the country’s economy within six months of assuming office.

I understand you have not managed to achieve your objectives,” said Biti.

Ncube claimed Biti actually destroyed the country’s local currency.

“There is no way we can operate without our own currency.It is only a matter of time, you will begin to see the results very soon,” declared Ncube.
