Farai Dziva|Addressing a news conference in Harare yesterday MDC leader Nelson Chamisa scoffed at claims that Emmerson Mnangagwa’s government “brought a new dispensation.”

Chamisa said:”Let me say as a party we are deeply concerned about the gross violation of human rights by the government.

How can they say they have brought a new dispensation while innocent citizens are being harassed.

It is disturbing to note that we are receiving reports of arbitrary arrests and harassment of human rights activists.

Political activists are also being persecuted for no reason.We are saying this cannot be tolerated.”
