Drama As MDC MPs Outnumber ZANU PF At Mnangagwa’s deputy chiefwhip Obedingwa Mguni’s Burial

Three was drama yesterday when MDC MPs outnumbered their Zanu PF counterparts at the burial of the ruling party’s deputy chief whip Obedingwa Mguni in Macingwa Village, Mangwe, in Bulilima District.

The MDC currently occupies a paltry one third in parliament.

But opposition supporters and MPs came in their numbers to bury the former Home Affairs deputy minister, who died on Tuesday after he fell ill during a Parliament session.

Speaking during the burial, leader of the House and Justice minister, Ziyambi Ziyambi (ZANU PF), thanked the MDC.

He said,
“I am very impressed with the turn up by members from the opposition but also Parliament had other business of which most members had to attend to; that is why their turnout here is too low,” said Ziyambi.
