By Gerald Tumawa| Finance minister Mthuli Ncube yesterday announcing that he will defy a High Court Order that sets aside his 2% tax, used a word that cannot be found in any English dictionary.

He said he will defy the high court order because his Statutory Instrument 205 was “pvalidated” by parliament. His party, ZANU PF boasts claiming it has a two thirds majority, but for over a year now it has been putting pressure on the MDC to join its coalition of political parties. Video evidence from the July 2018 elections shows ZANU PF rigged the polls and used the army to execute the altering of figures in favour of Mthuli’ boss, Mnangagwa.
