Jane Mlambo| The Zimbabwe Energy Regulatory Authority (ZERA) has maintained the old fuel price for the third week running and has changed style by beating speculators and fake news peddlers by announcing the price on Friday morning instead of the usual Sunday evening.

In the past weeks, unscrupulous people have created their own fake ZERA alerts with high prices causing panic on the market, a move that could have forced ZERA to act quickly to kill the panic.
