Government has committed to provide sanitary wear for female learners between Grade 4 and Upper Sixth. Finance Minister has allocated $200 million for this. BEAM gets $450 million and food assistance $1 billion.

This was revealed in the Budget for 2020 presented by Finance Minister at parliament today.
