Farai Dziva|MDC vice president Tendai Biti has described the Supreme Court ruling on the MDC presidency as null and void.

“The MDC Alliance participated in the 2018 Election and our candidate Advocate @nelsonchamisa
had more than 2.6 m votes .

We then went to an MDC A Congress which unanimously elected @nelsonchamisa
as our leader .

A judgment in which the MDC A was never part of can’t change that..

The MDC A is a people’s project. A massive institution backed by the working people of this country .It’s undisputed and uncontested leader is
@nelsonchamisa

There is no country in the world where a court of law can impose leadership on a voluntary association.

No court of law can defeat or set aside the people s will as expressed in Gweru-@nelsonchamisa
is our president,” said Biti.

“We reject Emmerson’s crude attempt to hijack the people’s revolution.We reject all forms of capture. We reject puppets ,enablers and corroborators.We reject fascists…”
