The MDC Alliance Youth Assembly is abundantly concerned over the continued forced disappearance of our top female leaders, Vice Chairperson Cecilia Chimbiri, Deputy Organ Netsai Marova and Policy and Research Secretary Hon Joana Mamombe.

We have no any ounce of doubt that the trio are being illegally held incommunicado by the State.

There is every reason for us to believe that the State is responsible for the forced disappearance of our female comrades especially given that all of the trio unambiguously indicated that they were taken to Harare Central Police Station soon after what was perceived to be an arrest at a roadblock near Showgrounds.

It is very clear that the rogue regime of Emmerson Mnangagwa is testing waters by continually holding the trio incommunicado.

Unfortunately they are testing the depth with both feet and that is very dangerous!

We had enough of this kind of fascist-like nonsense since Emmerson Mnangagwa took over the reigns through a coup.

Simply put, the regime has outstretched our patience and like any normal beings we are forced to react with equal force.

We demand the immediate release of our female leaders unscathed or else we release our anger through a language best understood by dictators!

No to abductions!
