Reports that a two-weeks old company, Drax Consult sagl, also known as Drax International fronted by Delish Nguwaya was contracted to procure medical equipment for the Ministry of Health and Child Care in Zimbabwe has attracted attention of the United States of America embassy in the country.

The company which has very strong links to the first family supplied the equipment to the government at inflated prices thereby triggering public outrage and calls for the prosecution of everyone involved.

Following the huge corruption allegations on the deal, the United States Embassy emphasised the importance of transparency in enhancing democracy.
