Farai Dziva|Amalgamated Rural Teachers Union Of Zimbabwe president Obert Masaraure, who was arrested for demanding improved living conditions for civil servants, has been transferred to Masvingo.

Amalgamated Rural Teachers Union of Zimbabwe President Masaraure Obert has been arrested for demanding better salaries for Police , Soldiers, Teachers CIOs and the rest of the civil servants.

He is in Police Custody and he has been transferred to Masvingo.

The struggle is not going to be deterred. We also demand his immediate release.

We are fighting a legitimate struggle and we are not going to be intimidated by the persecution and victimisation targeted at our Leaders and our members.
