In something that has probably never been heard of before, Zimbabwe’s security services leaders have published a statement claiming that it’s members are being enticed to rebel against commands by members of the public.
In a media statement presented by the Zimbabwe Republic Police, the Security Services claim that social media messages are being circulated to its officers engaging them to rebel against authorities.
It is not imaginable how under normal circumstances the trained officers could rebel against their authorities on the basis of social media statements.
Critics claim that the panic message from the police could be warning signs that things are not well within the Security Services ahead of the July 31 Protests.
