By A Correspondent- Retired Assistant Commissioner Richard Mbanga died in India last Sunday.

His family announced the development but did not reveal the cause of death.

In a statement, the family also said that only a few people are welcome to attend the funeral in observance of the coronavirus regulations.

Rtd Assistant Commissioner Richard Mbanga passed away in New Delhi, India last Sunday.

Because of COVID-19 regulations and the need for social distancing, a family only funeral will be held on Sunday August 31 in Kwekwe.

A memorial service for all will be held when the situation improves.

Mbanga Richard. My dear brother, my friend, my confidant. Go well. Miss you terribly.
