By A Correspondent- Unconfirmed reports say jailed journalist Hopewell Chin’ono is seriously ill at Chikurubi Maximum Prison.
Chin’ono reportedly send a message to his lawyer Beatrice Mtetwa through Zengeza West legislator Job Sikhala who is currently at the Harare Magistrates Court for continuation of his bail application.
Chin’ono has exceeded 40 days in prison since his arrest on the 20th of July on charges of inciting public violence.
He has had three freedom bids thrown away while he is currently waiting for a ruling from the High Court where he made his fourth bail application.
