The magistrate Bianca Makwande and Michael Reza quickly left the court to everyone’s surprise.

The story is: The magistrate seem to have been given instruction like last time to say Joana must be checked by two government doctors at the prescription of a Prison Superintendent at Remand, against the High court granted bail conditions.

Joana’s liberty has been crushed.

The law procedures and processes have been misdirected to the bin. The prosecutor Michael Reza is working in cohort with the magistrate. Khaki envelopes are flying by night. The tricky is to have Joana incarcerated in prison for two weeks or more.

The State does not want now to continue with the trial. Since they have no evidence. The ZBZ video flopped and the overhead flush video of Pick n Pay shop also flopped.

So they can’t continue since they have no evidence to present. This is shameful. The other two girls were crying in shock further traumatizing them. This is horribly. Other nations should help us.
