By A Correspondent- Addressing party supporters at the MDC Alliance’s 21st Anniversary commemorations, the party’s Vice President Tendai Biti took a swipe at the Emmerson Mnangagwa led regime over the persecution of women and youth activists Joana Mamombe, Cecilia Chimbiri and Netsai Marova.

Said Biti:

“Joana Mamombe is not here, Cecilia Chimbiri is not here. Netsai Marova is not here. These are three young Zimbabweans who have committed no crime but have just said we want Nelson Chamisa, we say no to corruption, no to dictatorship… that is the only crime that they have committed.”
