Tinashe Sambiri|City of Harare Mayor, Jacob Mafume, has been remanded in custody to Monday November 30.

Magistrate Bianca Makwande who was supposed to preside over Mafume’s bail matter did not appear in court.

He was remanded to Monday 30 November for his bail ruling,” MDC Alliance wrote on Twitter.
