Tinashe Sambiri|MDC Alliance Councillor for ward 18, Chiredzi West, Gilbert Mutubuki will appear in court tomorrow for allegedly inciting violence.

Mutubuki, who is also the MDC Alliance Youth Assembly provincial secretary general(Masvingo), is being persecuted for challenging Zanu PF’s monopoly on land distribution.

Last month MDC Alliance youths clashed with war veterans and Zanu PF sympathizers in Chiredzi over the land dispute.

Our Provincial Youth Secretary Councillor Gilbert Mutubuki is appearing before Triangle Magistrate Court tomorrow at 11:15 pm.

Councillor Mutubuki is being accused of Inciting Violence some time last year when he took side with the people over Land issue against greedy War veterans.

Councillor Mutubuki is always at loggerheads with the War Veterans over unequal and partisan Land distribution. Vibrant Lawyer Advocate Mureri would be representing him.

Everyone is encouraged to flock the courts in solidarity with our fellow leader in these trying times. Our attendance will be a Christmas box to our persecuted leader.
