Zimbabwe recorded a high number of COVID-19 positive cases further justifying the government move to impose a 30 day lockdown.

After recording 34 deaths on Tuesday, Zimbabwe followed up with 13 cases from the 610 reported yesterday.

This takes the cumulative total to 17804 cases and 431 deaths.

Harare, which has slowly become the epicenter of the pandemic recorded 165 cases with the rest distributed in the remaining provinces except Matebeleland South.
