By James Gwati- The eviction of 12 500 families from their Chilongo village in Chiredzi by the government is a donation of votes to the Nelson Chamisa’s opposition MDC-Alliance.

The villagers who are about to be evicted are in Chiredzi West Constituency which was won by Farai Musikavanhu.

The Zanu PF lawmaker who is enjoying seating in parliament got his house of assembly tick from these villagers whom he has since disowned.
Musikavanhu, said that the government has the right to displace his voters and replaces them with the cattle project, the administration has since identified.

MDC-Alliance Vice President who is also the opposition party’s MP for Harare East, Tendai Biti, yesterday warned Zanu PF against evicting these villagers.
