By Christian Religion Editor | There are records of events spanning over 100 years to date that strongly suggest that every ‘Christian’ leader who has flung the title “Prophet” before their name, or “Apostle” before their full name, has been a deceiver, no matter how many people they have assisted socially or spiritually. All of them were deceivers at different levels, who were found to be pursuing the human self, no matter how much mental energy they emitted. They failed to end their lives well.
Among those from the 1940s, some scholars put two men as examples of those that might have tried to be selfless: these are Billy Graham, and Kenneth Hagin. We are not passing endorsement for these two, but it is a fact they are widely respected, especially Billy Graham.
The office of a prophet is one of the most misunderstood in our time. The office is completely different between the old and the New Testament (Hagin). In the Old Testament, when the blessed Holy Spirit hadn’t been poured, the Prophet back then was a dictator, because people were full and had no relationship with the Father, being outcasts and having no share in the Christ life we get from salvation.
During the Old Testament, people had to be controlled, and Moses ended up crying, “Oh, if all the Lord’s people were prophets that he would put his Spirit upon them.”
When Jesus died, things changed and His people are now his Sons and Daughters. They are now Christ beings, nothing less than Christ’s own standard height and perfection.
Much of what people is called prophecy these days is not at all that; it is divination and manipulation.
Much of what mordeners call anointing is not at all that, it is mere psychotic energy transmitted from the mouth of an orator. THIS ENERGY IS NOT SO EASY TO DETECT. This is Satan’s greatest power, the human energy people transmit.
No matter how human, this energy is not to be under estimated. It has worked to fool millions. Look at how for instance, with the help of some of these preachers, Donald Trump controlled masses to do worse than Emmerson Mnangagwa did on 1 August 2018 at the Capitol Hill in January this year. Also look at how Nigerian preacher TB Joshua’s church members assaulted rescuers and journalists at his building collapse in 2014 as victims were dying, leading to a total 117, including 2 Zimbabweans perishing. A person will even blaspheme Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit, but the listeners will continue to be glued to that individual: because they have become totally electrocuted. The listener’s brain no longer works.
These Apostles and Prophets go to witch doctors to get powers and the powers they get are not at all supernatural, they are just supermental. They are powers dzekuvhara vanhu.

When Talent Chiwenga was involved in the accident that killed his wife that he baselessly blames on Emmerson Mnangagwa, he was driving from South Africa, where he and his compatriot, Jay Israel, had each other. Chiwenga appeared on camera calling Israel, “my brother.” Several months later, Israel, whose real name is Jacob Dube, and was charged for among others, the crime of revenge porn on his own girlfriend, confessed that he obtained his powers to hypnotize people in West Africa where he personally witnessed human sacrifices being done.
The case of the latter two preachers is one that shows characteristics of building community trust while appearing to criticise certain ills of society, while yet hiding the worst corruption within. It also brings to light abilities of performing hypnotics on the masses through emotional statements, which only the analytic can decipher.
