By A Correspondent- The controversial Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC) has announced that is has begun drawing up new National Assembly constituency boundaries that will be used for 2023 harmonised elections.

Every time the country holds elections the Priscilla Chigumba led ZEC draws up new constituency boundaries raising questions about why they usually change the delimitations.

The controversial national electoral body said it had started undertaking what it called the first phase of the delimitation exercise, which involves updating polling stations and adding new residential areas into the voter registration database ahead of next year’s boundary mapping process.
