Tinashe Sambiri|Hard-hitting MDC Alliance vice president Hon Tendai Biti has said roving bandits are running the country.

According to Hon Biti, Mr Emmerson Mnangagwa’s penchant for dodgy deals is puzzling.

Mr Mnangagwa’s administration has awarded a pipeline tender to a dubious UK company reportedly linker to Kuda Tagwirei.

Mr Mnangagwa’s sole purpose is to steal State resources, according to Hon Biti.

The question that needs to be asked is why is regime prepared to spend US$1.3 b , which in any event it does not have,on an unwanted& unnecessary pipe line in a country without decent roads ,rail or electricityIn a country where 79% of population live in extreme poverty…
