By A Correspondent- MDC-T President Douglas Mwonzora has spoken about the new Zambian President’s inauguration event.

Mwonzora was not invited to attend the swearing-in ceremony of the new President of Zambia, Hikainde Hichilema.

Posting on his Twitter handle Tuesday, after setting up his party’s shadow cabinet, Mwonzora said they discussed the smooth transfer of power in Zambia.

” Had a great inaugural MDCT shadow cabinet meeting at the MRT House in Harare today. Inter alia, discussed the mandates of the Ministers, the disbursement of about US$1 bn by IMF, the smooth transfer of power in Zambia & the need for far-reaching reforms,” he said.
