By A Correspondent- Barely a week after losing the Presidential election and handing over power to the opposition, former Zambian leader Edgar Lungu said he missed being in the statehouse.

Lungu lost the Presidental election to his long time political rival Hikainde Hichilema.

Posting on his Twitter handle this week, Lungu said he had already missed statehouse,

” I carry with me great memories of the time I spent at State House; memories that we share with many who came as our guests. I’m thankful to the dedicated workers who made our stay memorable. My prayer is that the next residents will also create their wonderful memories,” he posted.
