By A Correspondent- Zambia’s opposition leader and former President Edgar Lungu has turned to God for healing the election defeat wounds.

Lungu lost the Presidental election to his long time rival Hikainde Hichilema two weeks ago.

On his Twitter handle Thursday, Lungu said he was turning to God for healing the election defeat.

I call out to the LORD, and he answers me from his holy mountain. I lie down and sleep; I wake again, because the LORD sustains me. Psalm 3:5 It is a wonderful thing to realise that God is the one who sustains our lives and that His ear listens when we cry out to Him.
