By A Correspondent- No kind words are coming from the public to the Primary and secondary education minister Cain Mathema who is battling for his life at a private hospital in Harare.
Most people wishing Mathema’s death are those whose relatives were murdered by soldiers on the 1st of August 2018 in Harare.
Mathema, during that time, was the minister of Home Affairs and did not cause the arrest of the soldiers who committed those heinous crimes.
The cabinet minister’s health deteriorated at the weekend in Bulawayo, where he was receiving treatment for Covid-19 and was airlifted to Harare, where better health care facilities are available.
The 74-year-old has not been well for weeks now.
