By A Correspondent| The High Court has ordered Speaker of Parliament Advocate Jacob Mudenda to reinstate recalled MDC Alliance legislators including Tendai Biti, Willias Madzimure and three others.

This follows a High Court ruling which nullified the recall instituted by the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) led by Lucia Matibenga.

The court ruled that the recalled MPs who include Vice President Tendai Biti and five others were not part of the party which recalled them.

Earlier, Mudenda refused to reinstate the recalled legislators following an earlier default ruling made by the High Court after PDP failed to file opposing papers to the appeal.
