Outspoken Masvingo preacher, Isaac Makomichi, has made a bold claim: Vice President Constantino Chiwenga is destined to become Zimbabwe’s president, but only if he remains loyal to President Emmerson Mnangagwa.
Makomichi shared his vision at an interdenominational prayer group in Beitbridge on Thursday September 26, stating, “In my dreams, I saw Chiwenga becoming the leader of our nation… He must remain loyal to H.E. ED.”
The cleric emphasized that Chiwenga’s enemies will try to thwart his ascension, but ultimately, they will not succeed.
The cleric also said the dream showed him that VP Chiwenga must visit Great Zimbabwe ruins for cultural prayers in order to be blessed by the ancestors of Zimbabwe so that his enemies will not succeed
Makomichi refused to divulge more details about his dream but stressed Chiwenga’s loyalty to Mnangagwa as crucial.
This prophecy comes amid speculation about Mnangagwa’s plans to stay in power beyond 2028, with some fearing Chiwenga’s potential succession.
Will Chiwenga heed the prophet’s words and become Zimbabwe’s next president? Only time will tell.
