A devastating head-on collision between a bus and a Toyota Fortuner occurred near Makhado Business Centre on the Bulawayo-Beitbridge highway early this morning, resulting in the tragic loss of two lives and leaving one person injured.

According to eyewitnesses, the accident happened when the bus and the Toyota Fortuner collided head-on, causing extensive damage to both vehicles. Emergency services were quickly summoned to the scene, where they found two people deceased and one injured.

The injured victim was rushed to a nearby hospital for medical attention, while the bodies of the deceased were taken to a mortuary for further examination.
