1. This is neither educative nor factual. Firstly, the circumstances in which these two men worked could never be identical. Each requires its own contextual measures. Secondly, whatever “they” teach us, economic and financial policies and their applications are never the exclusive, individual initiatives of the ministers. They are national. Their pronouncements are decided before hand and approved by the “big ones” before we see them. So neither man has credit for anything they announced because they were working under specific orders. How do you measure that smartness anyway?
