The below recording which Harare preacher “Prophet” Walter Magaya had not been aware of when he entered court, was produced in judicial proceedings showing how the preacher who is leader of PHD Ministries fabricated a story of fraud against Ocean Director Upenyu Mashangwa, after Mashangwa had demanded his discovery fall-back from the man of the cloth following a false prophecy.
The clip reveals how Walter Magaya uses the police especially Chief Superintendent Majacha at CID Homicide Harare to carry out his dirty works and intimidate people. If this plot had been successful Mashangwa would have received a lengthy jail sentence. With the help of Ministers, reporters and the police, what else is Walter Magaya capable of? He is using his money to destroy people.

If you have seen the video of Evans Mawarire at a church wedding and talking like Mugabe to make people laugh you will realize that there are people who can imitate other people’s voices so well that without a video to see the person talking most people can easily be deceived as to the identity of the speaker. My point is an audio recording alleging that so and so was speaking in that audio recording does not prove beyond any reasonable doubt that it is actually that person talking in the audio and not someone else imitating the accused’s voice. Therefore an audio recording should not be admissable as evidence in a court of law, what should be admissable as evidence is a video which actually shows the person speaking.
