Staff Reporter |The Movement for Democratic Change Vice-President Thokozani Khupe, has resolved with other women across the country and in the Diaspora to #BeatThePot, every morning till President Robert Mugabe surrenders and leaves office.Khupe3
Khupe launched the #BeatThePot campaign which went viral this morning, with women all over the country braving heavy police presence, to beat their pots in protest against hunger and tyranny. Khupe told ZimEye.com, “We have resolved that from tomorrow going forward at 8am women must beat pots outside their homes for five minutes.”
