Grace: Mnangagwa Is Under ‘My Bum’

First Lady Grace Mugabe at the weekend flashed out several mixed messages about her succeeding her husband Robert in the place of Vice President Emmerson Mnangagwa who for years has been rumoured to be the preferred heir to the presidency.

Her messages were varied in many forms but however predominantly stating above all that she remains the first and only most senior person in government next only to her husband, Robert. Above (first-video) was the key feature of her speech in Murehwa as she referred to Mnangagwa as being under her bossom. FULL VIDEO:

  3. Agreed these rallies are pointless , but it does not mean a news outlet can twist zvinhu zviri pachena. She only corrected what was stated in the papers that she is the first lady and whoever takes her position will be a lady , she took ‘paving the way in a literal meaning. If you listen to the video and what Zimeye has reported are two different things …Zvotonyadzisa.

  8. The real issue is What exactly is the purpose of these rallies? If we consider the current state of our economy are we able to identify the value that is accruing form Grace’s meet the people rallies especially considering the large entourage of government ministers and senior government officials that always follow her. Even her address, the words, the message, what are these rallies for. Criticizing ZimEye for running the story or their choice of title is neither here nor there. Bottom line is that these rallies are a worthless drain on our already overstretched fiscus. They are a total waste of state funds and resources. We do not need Grace, in whatever capacity, to hand over those tractors and the seized bales of second hand clothing.

  10. I do not get where Grace says she is senior to Munangagwa. To my understanding she merely says she is up there by virtue of being married to Mugabe. She says she is not in government. So how dooes that translate to being senior to Munangagwa when she is not in government.? I think journalists are deliberately being mishcievous
