“Kill Mujuru when she comes to South Africa”

A group of Zimbabweans living in South Africa is circulating a highly disturbing campaign urging fellow Zimbabweans to kill former Vice President Joice Mujuru when she lands in South Africa next week.

Mujuru, now leading a new political formation, Zimbabwe People First, is expected to address a series of meetings with Zimbabweans in South Africa next week beginning in Pretoria on the 14th of April.
The message urges Zimbabweans no to attend Mujuru’s rallies accusing her of being the reason why they are living in the diaspora ever since her hay days when she was still vice to President Robert Mugabe.
“Zimbabweans please don’t attend the meeting organised by
Joice Mujuru of ZPF on 14 April 2016 in Pretoria. We are appealing to those who can put the law into their hands to do so by killing or assaulting her including her organisers,” reads the inflammatory circular.
The note riles Zimbabweans not to be “fooled” by Mujuru’s new party. According to the writers, Mujuru was dismissed from ZANU PF for her corruption and now claims to be coming in to perform better than Mugabe.
“Refuse to be used, Enough is Enough. Mujuru must go with ZANU PF,” reads the note.
Sources within the Zimbabwe People First in South Africa attribute the source of the note to ZANU PF supporters in South Africa.
There is serious rivalry between ZANU PF and Mujuru’s ZimPF supporters in South Africa which are threatening to generate into violent clashes.
Comment could not be obtained from Mujuru nor her spokesperson Rugare Gumbo.

  1. I do not understand when you say they are yet to come out in the open? They established a party which was launched in broad daylight. They have conducted rallies and issued statements and interviews. Further than this I am not sure what else you want them to do. 2018 is around the corner and we need an alternative. You tell me which party we should vote for?

  3. Its a bit grey. What if she was not sacked?. Remember she has not come clean on the ongoings which she presided as VP and at some instances as Acting President.
    She sanctioned some of the atrocities at some stage. Same as all PF leaders.
    If Mugabe decides to bury the hatchet are they not going to scramble Back?.
    These guys are hard to sell.
    If they mean business they should by now coming in the open. All their gatherings so far none of them has appeared publicly. How can she start by going SA when the battle is in Zimbabwe. Missed prioroties already. Mbare Sakubva Makokoba Mkoba first before Diaspora mhani. What are they afraid of or hiding?.

  5. I think those CIO who are distributing such rubbish must be warned South African is a democratic Country unlike Zimbabwe a Demonic Vampire state with it’s leaders bloody thirst drinkers of human blood.
    Mrs J Mujuru will never be killed in SA and all those CIO spreading these fallacious rumors will be deported or jailed. South Africa is by far very different from Zimbabwe. People chose President every 5 years and there serve 10 years and leave office peacefully. If Mugabe needs Mujuru’s blood please do it in your our country Zimbabwe. You killed and roasted the husband for braai with your CIOs

  7. Untill that happens,she remains president of Zimbabwe People First. She is our candidate for 2018 and she might win and she will definitely change the way things are done.
    Zanupf is finished and the only one to blame is Robert, so don’t worry about Joice. The truth is if MUJURU was not expelled there would be no Zimbabwe People First, so you can also blame Mugabe for making false allegations, by the way which you are trying to change from assassination to corruption.
    You have a right to do what you like with your life, but why do want others to carry out your evil, barbaric, backward, undemocratic thinking. She is not forcing you to vote for her, you can vote for whoever you want but putting out a bounty on MUJURU is the lowest Mugabe and you have gone. That is why you should go out of the Zimbabween politics, you’re in the way of progress, the only thing you know is violence, and murder.
    Zimbabwe needs to get rid of Mugabe and at present MUJURU is the only one who may have a good possible ability to do that. So leave it to the people of Zimbabwe to decide who they want to lead them.

  9. At least This group of Diasporas is using its Brains. we are foreigners in Dubai because of this lady. What differences is she going to make? She was born and bread in Zanu PF, so how can she tell us all of a sudden that she is now a born again? Mai Mujuru please leave us alone.
