  1. You do not know what you are talking about. This is targeting presidential appointments. They are the only ones allowed to work beyond 65. What Munangagwa is saying is simply everybody must be governed by public services regulations of retiring at age 65.

  2. Munyori uyu anofanirwa kugadzirisa pfungwa dzake pa research yenyaya. Civil Servants retire at 65 years.

Only vashoma shoma ndivo vari mu bracket re 65+, so this has no significance to the paysheet reduction.

Which age is being laid off? with many people?

  3. This is a non-event. Ordinary civil service people are compulsorily retired at 65 or earlier. Retirement age is 65. If there are any that are above 65 it is presidential appointments like Mudede and permanent secretaries. The civil service is very efficient at retiring people by age. there are even reports of teachers finding themselves retired at 60 before they get to 65.

  4. If they want to lay off all civil servants of that age group, they need to start retiring first, because most of them are around 70 and above.I doubt if they will lay down people like Tobaiwa Mudede

  5. Hapana chinoshamisa panamai mnangagwa murikungozvinetsa vanhu ivava verse nevarume vavo ndivo vakaparadza nyika
